After the booking has been done, our staff is specifically assigned and reserved for the service. Hence, any cancellation will lead to a fee that will apply if you fail to give at least 4 hours prior notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an order amount of 50%, or a minimum order amount of 100 AED will be charged.
